Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs in new Countries
- Create new opportunities / services / by products leveraging the existing products
- Establish company brand to enhance visibility and recognition.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives and needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to foster new business relationships.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, revenue, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Drive the company’s transition from Tier 3 to Tier 2/1 status through strategic growth and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development or a relevant role
- Experience in customer support and engagement.
- In-depth market knowledge and the ability to analyze trends.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish strong working relationships with clients.
- Time management and planning skills
